Group Initiatives
Initiatives are series of low risk tasks that have a defined problem to
resolve. These tasks can be accomplished either individually or as a group
depending on how they are presented. Participants engage in solving different
problems to help work on decision-making skills, leadership, self-esteem,
and group dynamics. Initiatives are used to help pull each participant's
strengths out into the open, no matter what their strengths may be, to
build a cohesive group and improve communication. Breaking down social
barriers or stereotypes is another initiative consideration.
Group Initiatives are offered as one of our Custom
Programs.
